Terms of Use

By purchasing the Ultimate Streamer Bootcamp and accessing our private communities, you agree to the following terms:

1. THE 60-DAY GUARANTEE: We proudly stand by our product. We offer a 60-Day Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee on the Ultimate Streamer Bootcamp. If the program is not the right fit for you, simply reach out within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.

2. PAYMENT PLANS & DEFAULTS: By selecting a payment plan option at checkout, you agree to make all scheduled monthly installments on time. If a payment installment fails completely and enters a defaulted or expired state, your access to all video modules, bootcamp materials, and the private Discord community will be immediately revoked. Cpaws Music retains all funds collected up to the date of default as payment for your period of active access. No partial refunds will be issued for failed payment plans outside of our standard 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Access will only be restored once the outstanding balance is paid in full.

3. PROTECTING THE ECOSYSTEM: We are dedicated to building a safe, professional environment for creators. We reserve the right to immediately terminate a student's access to the program and the private Discord community, without a refund, if they are found engaging in severe misconduct. This includes intellectual property theft, financial fraud, malicious harassment, or severe violations of platform Terms of Service (such as Twitch or YouTube guidelines).

4. THE BOTTOM LINE: If you are here to learn, grow your stream, and be a good human, you have absolutely nothing to worry about, and our 60-day guarantee fully protects your investment. If you scam artists or maliciously attack other creators, you will be removed.
